Searching for awakening? 3 things to try

Have you been searching for the next level in your journey of awakening? or have you been wanting to begin that journey and don’t have a place to start? Here are 3 things that I’ve done to create expansion, elevation and overal joy in my life!

1. Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work, books, meditations and other material

I believe the first step in creating any life change is to change the way you think. Dr. Joe’s work has helped me the most, out of all the work I’ve done, to do just that

My experience with Dr. Joe’s work is a long and intensive one. I’m yet to be able to attend one of his retreats but it’s on my short bucket list. The retreats are pretty expensive. But, I still learned and benefited from his work via his many books, meditations and online classes.

I read Becoming Supernatural twice. I found it to be inspiring and even life changing. From there, I purchased and downloaded a few of his meditations and began using them. I’ve been using them for the past 3 years. Over that span of time I experienced an overwhelming shift in my body’s energy and in my overall mood.

2. The Book Energy Codes by Dr. Sue Morter

I read Dr. Sue Moerter’s book, Energy Codes, last year. I highly recommend this book. Dr. Sue breaks down the understanding of the energy centers in the body, and how each one can affect your health and wellbeing, in a way that was easy for me to grasp. She also explains practices and breathing techniques to help you align the energy centers and the energy flow of your body in a way that was super easy for me to understand and practice. The book alone has been a powerful tool!

I found this book to be packed full of helpful practices and advice.

Having taken an online course to become an Energy Codes coach, I had the opportunity to dive much deeper into this subject but, even having done this, I still believe that the book itself is a helpful tool.

I actually found that all the studying and practicing I did of/with Dr. Joe’s material helped in the understanding and utilization of Dr. Sue’s practices and work. For me, these 2 go hand-in-hand every day.

3. Wim Hof Breathing

I discovered Wim Hof through a social media group for Dr. Joe. Another follower had suggested trying the Wim Hof breathing technique. Even though the endless conversation and sharing from other followers can be overwhelming with some of the social media sites I follow, I have found a gem or two of information here and there!

Finding Wim Hof and his technique was SUPER easy. There are easy to follow videos on Wim Hof’s YouTube page. Wim Hof breathing helps to oxygenate your body and, in my experience, I find that it makes me feel SO GOOD! It seems to release the “happy chemicals” in my body and I often walk away from a Wim Hof breathing session with a smile on my face and wonderful feeling in my body and head! Who doesn’t want to feel this good all the time?-I ask myself!

The technique took a few tries before I really began to feel the benefit of it but, once I did, the practice became easy. Since my discovery of the technique I’ve practiced it nearly every day, some days several times a day! I find that the more often through the day I practice the technique the better I feel. I also find that it helps me to integrate and maintain the physical and mental states that I create doing Dr. Joe or Dr. Sue’s work, through my day as well. So, an extremely helpful tool.

Those are 3 subjects I took interest in, researched and began practicing. Perhaps they could be good starting points for you as well!

-Thanks!
